quick question: on the icewarehouse website says that the x:60 in a size 9 is heavier than a x:50 in a size 9, now I really don't mind the weight difference because you can't feel it, what I don't understand is what is heavier in the x:60, because everything is lighter in theory, ultra light tech mesh for the x:60, lightweight tech mesh for 50, carbon vs texalium so what is heavier in the x:60? the abrasion resistant top layer of the liner? the tongue?

nobody said anything so far about the new dual density foam or the new tongue, are they something special or just gimicks?

kinda offtopic but the new gear section is up, not very impressive and funny thing, at the goalie gear section in the chest and arm section they only show the supreme line and in the backround is a pic with the x:60 chest and arm

When you say non-cheap insole...... do you still put superfeet in them? or are the superfeet still in a different league all together?

We've already covered it...the 50 is very close to the XXXX. It has the same tongue as the XXXX. Same foam. Composite outsole. Same liner as the X:60 (the Hydra red part) Very good skate. Ok, thanks. The liner I was most curious about because it says hydra max on both the x:50 and the x:60, but from what you're saying the x:50 doesn't have the double liner, the abrasion resitant part. When you say same foam you're refering to the same foam as in the x:60, I hope.

Ok, now back to the x:50, what are the real differences between the x:60 and the x:50, because every website says something different. Waiting for an answer from the guys that actually saw both skates. Is the liner the same, the tongue, ankle pads, etc?. Thanks

Since I heard on this forum so many good things about the pitch steel, and Mission was bought by Bauer, any chance of puting the same quality steel in the ls2 holder????

The look of the skate is a very subjective thing, it depends too much on taste. I like the one95 very much, the clean black look with blue accents, and the se ccm vectors, black on black with yellow laces looked sick, much better than the new vectors. After the one95 I am 100% sure that the new vapors will look great

I really think some of you guys are missing the whole idea of the internet thing. Now I only wish that you don't show, those who can, the pictures because that is what YOU want, and not what Bauer wants. Either way the skate is going to sell no matter what, because it's not all about the looks, and I am sure that there are going to be small leaks, just to build the hype and at the end of the day............. it's just a skate

No they won't, if they do it right. For example: upload it on another site and post a link, as in <<look what I "found ;)" on the internet>>. Where there's a will there's a way. If you look on the first page, the fifth post, JR already said which is what "Correct. Should clarify - X50 doesn't replace 25, it's a new model. X40 replaces 25 ". I read somewhere that the vapor shift is a xxv on steroids, with clarino, stiffer composite outsole, xxxx footbed so i would imagine, if this is so about the shift, that the x50 is going to be something like that
