First pair of custom mitts, ever. Even if you all Love the team, hate the team, or just don't care for the team... Inspiration came from my favorite football team's color schemes... The New England Patriots . Received em right before The Superbowl, too! EQ50 mitts, Navy - Grey - Red Tufftek, Size 14s. They feel amazing on the hands.

Skyscrape, If it's a simple job like a repalm, 2-4 days depending on when the mitts were received on their end. You can request a rush job for no additional charge as well if you need it by a certain day. It took Brian about 7 to 9 days to do the mesh gussets and the re-palm of the single layer of durasoft. I was in no hurry, so. The customer service was GREAT. They went over all palm options as well as gusset options and it was pretty straight forward from there.

Not too much to see here... Just, it took me 3 years to get my hands on some SJ Sharks' Torrey Mitchell Easton Mitts. I found them randomly off some forums a few months ago. They needed a major make over, palm wise. Pretty special piece of equipment for me. Before: After: Thank You George's Hockey repair :) (Mesh Gussets, Single layer durasoft. SUPER SOFT and comfortable gloves)

It isn't the Vapor taper of .470 or whatever they were using for the Vapor XXXX stick. It's just a paint job over some stick. The shaft is REALLY boxy. His stick was 64 inches uncut. It included a composite butt. The stick is rated at 85 flex at 64 inches but when I flexed it, it seemed like a 70. After I cut it, they feel like 90 flex now.

Mitchell pro stock Eastons & Sharks Warrior Franchise. Pro stock Warrior Projekt girdle & shell. The Projekt girdle's padding is thicker/beefier than retail.

Sticks: Some of my stick collection. - Marian Hossa XXXX pro stock. Crazy Toe curve. These sticks are 64 inches long and come with a composite plug :o . 85 flex. - Ville Leino Easton Se16's Pro stock. Long blade with a little less toe curve compared to the hossa. 120 flex. - Another Easton SE16. It has '21' on it though I don't know who it belonged to. Toe curve with a neutral face. 120 flex.

With the amount of play time I have? I rarely have time to get my gear all dried out before next practice/stick-puck time/ game. I don't know about your "norm-crew" but I definitely HATE playing in wet skates and gloves. Thus why I think a 2nd pair is needed. Some guys on here, though, do admit to being 'gear whorz'' ;)

I'm not fan of the black palms :-( That looks like it's my only choice as of now though. 13's are fine -- That's all I wear. =p Other than those black palms... Last years may just have to do for now.
