Flak line making a comeback?

at 1800faceoff.com flak bauer has models in shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin pads and gloves.

Are these just repainted bauer products?

I used to want the old flak bauer shoulder pads so bad when I was kid. But these just look like 4000's or something painted over.

Though the elbow pads look interesting.

EDIT: what I meant to say was, is the flak stuff repainted supreme or vapor stuff. obviously flak is a bauer product

The Flak line is Bauer's SMUs for THG this year. I have the Flak 15 shin guards, and they're a notch above the Supreme 6000 shin guards. They're basically 6000s with vent holes in the detachable pad.

The gloves do look a lot like the old Supreme line without the diamond in the middle of the 4 rolls.

The SMU units are as good or better than comparable retail units, I've found. They don't seem like rejected parts.

THG just sells so much crap that they get preferential treatment from the equipment manufacturers when it comes to making these things, I think.
