Selling my stick

Recommended Posts

I want to sell one of my sticks.

I own an Easton Synergy Grip (Yellow) and an Easton SL.

I want to buy another stick and i need some money, so im going to sell one of the two sticks, but the problem is: Which one has to go ?

I like the feel of both so actually i dont care that much.

I could keep the SL cause its newer and no one else has it, but i could also sell cause i would get more money for this stick than the Yellow grip and stay with the Grip.

I know you guys dont have this kind of problems cause sticks are cheaper in north america <_< .

Thanks

edit:

i _want_ to buy a reebok 6k... so there is another question: should i keep my 2 sticks and dont buy the RBK 6k ?

[Gimme your PP if you want to]

Thanks.

I would much rather have an SL than the Synergy Grip or the Reebok 6K personally. I really like the new Easton sticks.

Is there something particular about the 6k which explains why you want it? If you're happy with your current sticks, there's no reason to sell one.

I would get a 6K for $105 including shipping to Germany, so thats very cheap and i dont want to reject this good offer.

I've just heard alot of bad stories about the lack of durability with these sticks. Everybody in the AHL was snapping them like twigs. They had an article in the paper about it. Some teams had gone through their year's allotment in a couple of months. Not sure if RBK has addressed the problem. Maybe that's why the price is so low.

I wouldn't judge a sticks durability by pro stock sticks. They all snap like crazy.

That's why there is no retail 6K version.

I found this flat-bladed wood sher-wood stick from 1988 at my LHS, in the back corner for 5$... :P

Honestly, don't buy something because it's a "good deal." I think most of us could go broke saving money if you catch my drift. :P

Yeah sure, but the cool thing is, if i dont like the stick or need money really bad i could sell it on ebay.de and get a lot of cash.

im actually pretty "weird". i dont know how to describe it, but i guess a lot of you just know this feeling/situation.

When i have some cash (like $200) i HAVE TO spend it [mostly on hockeystuff] .. no matter if its useful or if i dont need it.

Sometimes im checkin hockeystuff i dont need and im convincing myself that i could need it in some months or something like that.

I hope ypu get it, its quite late here and im really tired.

Good night.

If you really want to sell, I'd part with the Synergy Grip before I'd part with the SL. I'm not a big fan of grippy sticks.
