Star Wars Novel(the 9 episode)

Hi,

i would really like to read the 7,8 and 9 episode of the star wars saga...maybe i'm wrong but i heard they make 9 novel...so i'm wondering what the titles of them??

i tried to search but there sooooooooo much book about star wars i dont even know which one are the real...not some illustrated remake made for 10yr old guys lol(i'm sure you get what i mean)

There are a number of books written that atke place after ROTJ, none of them are officially endorsed by Lucas as episodes 7,8,9.

I heard GL wants to do a movie that will take place BEFORE Ep1. It would tell the story of the rise/history of the Jedi.

Actually GL doesn't want to do any more star wars. Other people are pushing him to do more or turn over most of the work and only have him approve projects and scripts. In several interviews he has said he was happy to be done with SW.

two tv shows are coming out... both i believe are 3D animations and dont contain any people from the movies.... i have also heard of a pre episode 1 where it will tell the story of Yoda.

The thing who piss me off the most...is the fact that vader kill himself just to return to the jedi force...he could just be alive and be the father of luke(without take off is mask..)...it suck that he died!!!(just my thought! LOL)!!

If you ever decide you need to waste about six consecutive months of your life, here's a complete list of books and where they fall in the timeline. I've read a number of the post Return of the Jedi books and the Timothy Zahn and Kevin J Anderson books are the best of the lot.

The one he had the least direct influence on was the best of the orginal trilogy, perhaps even of the emtire series. The only thing against that one is Luke's reaction to the whole "I'm you're daddy thing."
