ChiefsHockey 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2005 My friend has a modified xbox with an lcd screen and i guess a hard drive that lets you burn games installed inside. My buddy is leaving for the army 2day and decided to give it to me. However it does not work anymore for some reason and i do not know why. The power button flashes red and green and it wont turn on. zingbergeur 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2005 The red light doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong if it is a modded xbox. My roommate modded his and wired up the light differently so that it flashes like a streetlight when you turn it on. It was just for looks. Anyways, I have a hell of a time trying to get his xbox to turn on and do what I want with it, and I think only he truly knows how to work it. My advice would be to contact your buddy and ask him if he has any tips before you spend any cash to fix a problem that might not exist. Xboxes can be customized fairly easily. cobrAA 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2005 I do have a modded xbox with a 160gig hard drive but i would like to have a LCD screen too.As for the Red light i don,t know...because when i turn it on it flash green and yellow!But there a thing i can't understand...how can this button flash...if it doesn't power on?? Maybe you just didn't plug it right!
