Hi . I've got a little problem..My coach says that I have got really good stickhandling and shot..but I need to be quicker....so I wonder what's the best way to practise speed on ?

plyometrics

done and done, search next time, no more answers are needed for this post, plyometrics wins lol

Plyos are by far the best thing you can do.

Jeez, just do squats and hockey lunges 2-3 times a week for a few months. After you have some serious leg muscle, you can get fancier.
