What an ASS!!!!!

Tie Domi on TSN tonight going off on the PA and Trevor Linden.

"I've lost a lot of respect for him" (Domi re: Linden).

I'm sure Trevor will lose lots of sleep because such a hockey visonary like Tie Domi has lost respect for him.

Now, if someone like Sakic, Kariya or Koivu (all of whom are mentioned in the attached article) said they lost respect in him, I'm sure it would hold a touch more water with Linden.

Man, Linden has done so much to make sure some kind of deal was made. He worked harded then any player during the lockout. Shame on Domi.

He also fired Goodenow during an heated discussion and hiring Saskin had to happen before it got out according to some reports. If they didn't follow the proper procedure in the way they hired or voted on Saskin, Goodenow's guys have a legitimate reason to gripe, and you had to know the "old guard" was going to cause a few problems.

I think he's a joke as a hockey player, but he seems to get along very well with star players. I've heard rumours the reason he knocked out Samuelson was to give Neely a bit of revenge. He's been the star players best friend almost everywhere he's been. He was close with Mess from his stories, apperantly he was Selanne's best man in Winnipeg and now him and Sundin are good. When your with those guys (at those points in their career) you become a large part of the team.

I am really happy Linden did what he did, but I still see some problems with it from an ethical standpoint. I haven't even read the article and won't comment until Domi's remarks until I have the chance to.

From what I have heard read and seen Tie Domi is a douchebag. I worked at the Bell Celebrity Golf Tourney and Domi played and was a douche. On the hole I worked at he played with Lemiuex and 3 guys who dropped 10 grand to play with them. Domi teed off first and everyone was like good shot and without a response he walked back to his cart sat and waited for everyone to tee off and took off without a word. Comon these guys paid $10 000 to play with Super Mario and he showed them no respect. Like comon your a worthless NHL player who hides behind others reputations he has absolutely no right to comment. And excuse me Im drunk so good luck trying to decipher what Im writing.

Domi should kiss Linden's butt because every $ he's got from the NHL is thanks to Trevor doing more for the players than any other player. Bob G did his job to rape the NHL owners ,too. Tie Domi and respect- that'll be the day. I don't care how many superstar butts he backs up to, he never would have made it even just 20 years ago in the league. I saw him play in Jr for the Petes and all he did was ride shotgun for Mike Ricci. So little talent, such a little brain, such a long career-- what a joke!
