Is that the silver Canadian Tire one?

If so, that was my introduction to the world of composite sticks as I got one as a gift. Playing 2-3 times a week, I got about six months out of it before the blade started to split, then the tip broke off.

I thought it was pretty good, but then again, I didn't pay for it, but I've been using composite shafts since (but not CCM's) as I loved the light weight.

If you're not talking about the silver Canadian Tire one, ignore this message :D

I dont think its the silver one I think its the dark blue one right? The silver one is alright and the dark blue one isnt very good because of durability issues mentioned above.

Isn't the V-80 the one that's painted like the 120?

No, the V80 is all dark blue, not a SMU.

I sold quite a bit of them. If you aren't concerned with weight, not a bad stick for the price. It's an entry level OPS, not to be confused or compared with higher end OPS. Still, I can't recall any being broke within the warranty period. A comparable OPS would be a Vapor V or a Mission ZI or Easton one.
