if/when i get cobra holders put on my skates can i switch the perf. steel from the ls2's onto the cobras?

Perf steel and standard steel? no

Cobra steel and LS steel? no

Cobra holder and LS? no

The Cobra holder is heavier because it's beefier.

thanks ,i love the pitch on them and theres a set in the sell forums for 30 so even if i dont like them its not a huge loss

Yeah, it's much more solid and the weight difference isn't that big.

Cobras can snap in two as easy as original Lightspeed steel. We replaced plenty of Cobras last season in the shop. Its always fun waiting for steel from Calgary to arrive.

yeah skates produced in 04 had different metal in them compared to 05 skates, havent seen any of there new skate blades crack
