XXX Lite=worth the wait?

im looking to get a new stick in the near future and i no the XXX lite will be ariving around christmas or what not, i was just wondering if it would be worth the wait or if i should just go ahead and get something different

Here, I'll give you some help from what I learned from economics:

The opportunity cost of buying a stick now is not having the money to buy an XXX lite later.

Honestly, if you want a good stick that's light look at the XN10 and give it a try.

well i dont mean to sound harsh but there are far too many chains talking about "what equipment i should buy", and if you have made an effort to learn more about the equipment and are asking for past experiences, thats fine, but when people start asking about unreleased equipment or asking about equipment without trying it out themselves, it gets repetitive and no one can provide an anwser

i think people here are just not wording their questions right and not giving enough info. basesloaded and other memebers here basically just wana know what the pro/cons are of certian sticks. but without them being released its tough. also if you are asking for an opinion on a stick, give some background info on yourself like what u want/dont want in a stick and what past sticks you have liked using. this would help clear up the confusion regarding these sticks. back to the question though. the vapor xx was one of my favorite OPS because of the balance and durability, i have yet to use an xxx though. performance wise i like the stealth the most, but they can lose their durabilty quickly. if money isnt an issue stealth would by my recomendation. but if you can only get 2-3 sticks a year i bet a bauer would be a better choice

Bases just wanted to know about some early information, if available.

There are guys on here (proshop owners, manufacturers, people that have seen or been exposed to the stuff) that have information.

Poor guy just wanted to know if anybody had any. Perhaps he didn't know it wasn't released retail yet. He probably saw it on TV and thought it had been.

i think we all need to understand this rule including the Mods. what i dont get is if there are topics like this that basically are not needed because we have an "xxx lite" topic already, why cant a mod kindly post in the this topic, look under "xxx lite" topic and then lock this one?? is that too hard instead of all these useless non-hockey remarks?

I can understand the monotony of going through each thread, each post, sorting out the good from the bad. I can also understand how annoying it must for someone to post a topic right underneath an already existing similar topic. But the wiseass repsonses aren't needed. Especially to a new user. What kind of message are we sending by responding inpolitely? "Hey everyone, come to MSH, where we discuss hockey and you get your ass kicked for asking dumb questions!" That's not cool. An older user with lots of posts, I can understand. We should know better, but not the new people.
