liposuction.

south beach diet.

anorexia.

you could always hide it with 6XL shirts...

i know lots of people (including myself) with fat that's sort of concentrated around the belly, no one i know of has managed to get rid of it effectively without totally changing their lifestyle. you really have to watch when you eat

I have baby fat, also. I'm clocked in at 9.8% body fat right now, and all of that is right around my stomach. I train all the time, but I've never gotten rid of it. I've doubled cardio, still didn't do anything.

LOL! you guys need to consult fitness celebrity John Basedow! http://www.fitnessmadesimple.com/

This guy's commercials caused me to laugh away fat!

That guy is hilarious. Sad thing is if he were to ever get a serious illness he would die. no fat for his body to use as energy

When the body has no fat to use as energy, it breaks down muscle tissue for energy usage...

This is why, if you overdo cardio, you will lose some muscle mass if you are not taking in enough carbohydrates.

On a fitness/weightlifting radio call-in show there was a topic about this. Basically the guy said that everybody has a certain percentage of "baby fat" (although there is a more technical name). He said that it is permanently a part of your body make-up and no amount of normal diet or excercise can cause you to lose this. Granted there are extreme measures than can be taken, but he said for the average guy it's nothing to worry about. As a hockey player, I'd rather concentrate on other muscles (legs/forearms/core) than 6-pack abs.

try the mens health "abs diet" orange books with big black letters on the cover, i say it works, still a work in progress for me though, oh and John Basedow to me looks like his head photoshopped on someone elses body
