I was just wondering if the material on the inside of the 9k is the same as the vectors, and if the 9k's have those black pad things like the vectors on the ankles on the inside of the skate

It doesn't have the black pads like the Vector. It's the same as the Tacks but with the Playdry liner.

Their just as comfortable as my Pro Tacks and the pump thing gives you an air cushion around your ankle. For the price they better be comfortable. Their $699 CDN here in Toronto.
