EricG. 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2004 Season's over so there's no point of talking about last season ;) I'll decide on where I'm playing next year soon. All I'm sure of is it'll be Midget GTHL or OMHA.
GTHL_AAA_HOCKEY 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2004 dont you still have to get your release eric? Unless you move up to AAA.
EricG. 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2004 I guess, but it won't be a problem. The only problem might be getting my permission to skate when I go to camp for juniors.
hockey_player_11 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2004 I just finished a season with Goulding Park Bantam AA. The team is folding so for next year I'm gonna try to go to AAA or another AA team.

Thats generally the easier part, at least in the Hammer. The persmission to skate is always signed, however a release takes alot of work, because they don't like kids leaving the center or city. EricG. 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2004 Not where I am, it's not a problem. I already worked it out, and they'll give me a release. I guess it depends on the coach if he wants to give you a permission to skate or not. I know most do, but you never know.

D3nZ 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2004 I play in a competitive rec league right now. Alot of good players though, some played for the university, in the Q, Junior A and B. No contact though so it's all skills. We called ourselves The Nordiques. Next year I might play in a Senior league here in Moncton.
Guest phillyfan Report post Posted March 21, 2004 As a young Freshman in HS, I bounced up and down last season between Tier II and JV. Plan to play Tier II and/or Tier I next season for my high school. The Tier I team last season won the championship again. I also play travel hockey for the Medford Jaguars Midget 17A team, still only as a bantam. Next year I plan to tryout for the same team. I wish to tryout for a few local Junior teams, but looking at some season costs, there's no way in hell I'll be playing Juniors any time soon.
