quick question

i think a lot would have to do with how much you weigh and how strong you are. i used an 85 flex easton when i was about that tall at that age.

it all depends on the weight and how whippy/stiff you like your sticks. I'm 15 years old, 5'3", 127 lbs, and I use a Mission 75 flex and it's perfect for me.

I'm 17yrs old and 5'8" without skates, do you think I'd take an intermediate or senior stick/shaft?

thanks

I am 5'10 and use a senior stick. I only cut off about 2 inchs of the wood plug. so I really think you would use a senior stick and I have seen the flex as low as 75. so for floor hockey (without shoes) I would just remove the wood plug. and that works for me.

It's all PP, I'm 6'1 180 and I use intermediate sticks :D

yey, thats true (PP) do you use like a 5 lie? because it sound like you would be bent over pretty far. I skate over the puck so I use a 5 lie.

You'd probably be in a Senior stick with the wood plug cut, or with Bauer sticks (longer) and CCM a little carbon lopped off.

You could always get an intermediate stick and put in a plug/longer plug.

Yh i agree its totaly PP im 15 and i use an easton 100 but i want a 110 so its all down to how u like your sticks and what sort of shots u take most and your position.

Id say 80-100 ;)

65 or 75

CCM Midflex, so more like 80, but I almost got a 75 M1, too bad they ran outta grip ones.

It also depends on the size of your hand.

Some interm. shaft/stick is smaller.

so if u got big hand, u may find the senior stick/shaft easier to handle, vice versa.
