New Mission Intake Helmets

I just noticed that on inlinewarehouse's website they have the new Mission Helmet in every color imagineable and at a decent price of a $100 bucks. I still think the RBK Helmet is a slick looking bucket but just can't see spending $135 on a helmet.

Anyone know how the Intake compares to the RBK 8K in weight and fit?-

all they are are the itech HC100 right just buy one of those for 30 bucks off of hockeygiant

No, they're not just an Itech Hc100. They look similar but all the internals are different, wait and see when they come out!

it looks like the Itech Hc 100 but its def. not.. they made internal changed like malcb33 said and the shape is different as well. Its alot lighter also.. gonna be a solid helmet

The rear-shell is an HC100, the front is all new, so is the internal padding and air ducting I believe.

Actually,I recall Chadd saying it was quite on the heavy side.

Actually,I recall Chadd saying it was quite on the heavy side.

I don't recall saying it was heavy. The important part is supposed to be the airflow and you can't really test that at a trade show.

Guy on my team got the intake bucket from the trainer of the wings, i dunno how somethin about he works for a car dealership where a lot of the wings buy their cars, but anyway solid bucket, fits exactly like an itech bucket for those of you who that works for i'd definitely say get one soon as you can.

will you ask the guy if he has had the bauer 8000, or 50000 and how the intake feels compared to that?

Well the guy on my team is not the brightest light but I have a 5000 and messed with his helmet, wore it for a game, the fit on the mission is wider, well maybe not wider but more circular than a bauer fit helmet, the mission helmets are made from the same last as the itechs so they fit dead on the way itechs do, after coming from bauer a little to round for me...

anywho it says on inlinewarehouse.com that the earliest they are getting in the intake is april 10 and that is just black everything else is comin in the 24th sorry
