Skate Dilemma

Hi, desperately wanting to try the new KOR skates but no shop in Scotland that I know sells them here so I'm gonna have to buy online.

At the moment, I've got Flexlite 10's and been skating in them since October. Love them but I've never been able to get used to it's boot's highcut design (produced a scar which still makes the occasional scab - very annoying).

So should I bother selling my Flexlites for KOR's or just keep them?

I have no opinion on the Flexlites as I've never worn or tried them on, but I do have KORs and am very happy with them. I spent more on the KORs than any skate I've bought in the past while I still had CCM Vector Pros I could use (although the CCMs are a size to long and a width too narrow..8.5Ds when I should've gotten 7.5E's). They're really nice skates and I don't regret my decision. I'd be nice if you could try them on and/or participate in the Test Drive program, but that's only available in Canada and the US now as far as I know. Email KOR, ask for their fit guide word doc and that will help you determine your size...you can also read through several threads here that discuss KOR sizing.

Tried that before. The side of the skate kept digging into my scar so I can't do that again.
