Shaving a z-carbon?

Can i shave the tendon of a z-carbon to fit a tapered shaft?

you probably could, but it may mess with the durability.

arent the synthesid blades the same as the z-blades?

Sounds like he is trying to make a t-flex blade. I don't think it will work well.

No it wont work.You would have to shave off all of the carbon on the side for it to fit.Leaving exposed foam and no support.

I've tried it and failed with Z-Carbon blades, it does work with innovative blades though.
