im looking into these skates a little, and was just noticing that they make a c width. in the past i have been a bauer guy but the pump concept seems good as i sometimes find my skates loosening up over the course of a game. i have stayed away from thc skates before as they seem to be a little wide for my liking, but was wondering if these in a c width might solve the problem. ha i could also be totally off but people here generally know. my heel isnt extremely wide either so as long as it fit my midfoot better than a d width ccm it shouldnt be a problem in the heel (i dont think). anyways just a thought anyone with experience with the skate please let me know. thanks

Yes, they come in C, the only problem is not many LHS or internet sites stock them, so finding a pair to try on will be difficult.

the C width is probably the best width out there because alot of people have thin heels that ive seen and the standard D width sometimes is just abit too wide for them. itd be great if more companies offered a narrower width besides graf and rbk/ccm besides nike/bauers skate the one90.

is it hard to throw tuuks on these? my brother had some bad experiences with his eblades and ive yet to have a real tuuk problem so id be planning on puttin some ls2 on these i think...are the eblades holes in the same place as tuuk screw holes or would i need to drill new ones?

Unfortunately you definitely will have to re-drill to install LS2's, I've done a few pairs of 8K and 7K with Tuuk and all receipiants are very happy with the setup.

Yes, it seems imposible to find a pair to try on. What a shame...

By the way, do you know for sure if THC/RBK/CCM makes and carry stock of the C width retail Pump Skates?

Thank's in advance!

I wouldn't change the eblades. I have not seen any problem with them that is any different than any other holder. It's a strong holder. Swapping to a Tukk or LS is unnecessary and will gain you nothing excepty of course potential broken Bauer steel problems for life.

Thank's Jimmy!

Can you see if the 7K Pump Skates also can be ordered in a c width?

I would really appreciate it, thank you!
