wat r the differences between the vapor xx 03 to the 04 versions?

The Lightspeeds do not have the grooves on them. They are flush with the steel.

Only change was the holders, and that was because of NHL equipment managers bitching about getting cut while honing the skate.

yeah they really are a bitch to stone. ive managed to keep all of my fingers tho :P

Put a rag on you hand when you hone them. Works like a charm, just make sure youf fingers are covered. Also the leather gardening gloves work great too.

Now was this updated on the 8000's too or did the 8000's never have the grooves on the lightspeeds.

The LS all had them, they are all changed now.
