Tapered Shaft/Blade Combo help

Recommended Posts

i wants ta hear some people's PP on some stuff here. im going to need a tapered intermediate shaft with some sort of blade that'll fit with it (dun really care about looks). i take mainly wrist shots, so i would like a flexy shaft. i dun really care about grip either. as for a blade, i would like a slightly open/closed/neutral face, round toe, heel or mid curve, and any depth less than or equal to 1/2 inch. appreciate any feedback/help.:)

I would say go with the christian products. First off their sticks come with a 60 day warranty, and their customer service is great, i dealt with them a few times, and it was more than enjoyable every time. To make it even better i love the feel of their shafts, and their wood, and composite blades are great. If they have your flex I'd say definately go with their products.

Go with a TPS R2 Xn10 Whip or Int with an RBK 6K blade. I have 4 of those combos, any they're the best I'ver ever used.

i use a easton synthesis with a mission l2 hull pattern best stick ive ever used great durability and very light. I do use a 100 flex thoughh so maybe this wont work for u in int (as chad said)

Check out the pattern db to get an idea of the curves.

I use a TPS R2 shaft (whip flex) and a Harrow (christian) composit blade. Christian blades are one of the most underrated in the market. You get your money's worth and a whole lot more!

sounds like a modano/forsberg/hossa/stuart/fedorov/tkachuk pattern might work for you. But yah, try to get your hands on some inno stuff. Highly recommend it. If not, R2 or R2 XN10.

id like to be able to get a feel for the stick, too. sadly, the only christian dealer is on the opposite side of my state :( tps sounds good and im probably gonna be able to find it at the local peranis. inno, did they drop their site after getting bought out or w/e by warrior? as for RBK, where are their curves listed? i havent really seen or heard about them. tkachuk seems good if i decide to get a tps blade.

It's possible, but not likely. Sure some Easton '06 stuff comes out early, it usually does. TPS however, isn't so large (none are really huge, but you catch my drift) and I guess builds stock before releasing it.

The armors are coming from China, not from North America like they used to. It doesn't make sense to ship out small quantities.

I really hate how everything is moving to the god damn Orient. I can't stand it, hockey, a Canadien game, is moving to China and such.

Sorry for the rant, but someone has to realize what they're doing by outsourcing this much.
