Stupid Sizing Question

Ok, so I'm getting CCM Vector Pros and wanting to put LS2's on them. The size of the skate would be 8.5 so what size should the holders be? Also, I'm a D in my Flexlites so what width should I get?

on hockeygiant.com they have a chart that tells you what size you need for whatever size skate just click on the holders that you whant
