How to warrenty from Bauer?

Recommended Posts

sorry if this has been posted many times (I know it has) but I'm having trouble using the search function and need help.

I bought my second vapor XXX and it broke this weekend. what happened was I was in front of the net during the PP and my d-man took a one time shot and it hit my blade straight on and it broke right where the taper starts.

I only had this stick for about 15 days so I'm wondering:

1) How do I warrenty from bauer?

2) Will they even accept the stick as a warrenty?

much regards, TIA

When I bought my XXX Lite at the end of January I was given a green piece of paper with exact instructions on it, says something like new warranty policy as of January 15, 2006, pretty sure it is for all OPS. Obviously follow that if you have it, going by what you said though I would just say check the website or just go about it the same way you would say it was an Easton.

When I bought a Vapor VI from my LHS recently he told me there was a 30 day warranty and just bring it in with the receipt if it breaks within that time - they would just replace it for me and get the money or another stick back from Bauer.

You shouldn't have to worry about going back to Bauer and I'm guessing they don't want end consumers hitting them up either. It's just easier to deal with the store.

ive been using vapor sticks since they have been out, and every time i would return it to the store and they would dish out a new one, but as of january you must send the stick to bauer. i broke 2 xxx lites in one game, sent them back and i just recived my replacment sticks in the mail. id say 2 week round trip.

Same here i got a vapor xxx lite broke it with a huge crack right before where the blade starts sent it back and got a new one in a week or two. I know they had a warranty page giving you all the information you needed to send sticks back on their old website i think they up dated their site and changed it a lot so im not sure if its still there.
