SR27 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2006 There´s been a bunch of topics but yes, they seem very durable for a high end stick. I have used a pro stock one for about half a year without any problems. Also I have noticed that while TPS shafts usually tend to become whippier over time, this seems not the case with the Adrenaline. A real bonus so to say is that you can easily heat up and remove the blade once it breaks. You will get a prefect tapered shaft that might even be better than the R2-XN10. SR27 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2006 Should be. Basically all recent TPS OPS are fused. The fuse point is very visible on these so I started heating and then slightly pulling. You could see the blade coming out just a slight bit. I then used a knife to cut through the paint a little and after a little more heating I could just pull it out. There was a little bit of epoxy left on the tip of the shaft which I filed down and that´s it. Took about 5 minutes in all. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Steveo 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2006 When I was checking out the pro stock TPS that were on sale at National Sports, you could clearly see the fuse point and I also noticed that they didn't have short hosel blades, they just looked like a shaft and blades painted like a OPS, I thought that was kind of weird.
