Guess they actually found the guy. Apperantly his PR guy didn't know where he was either. He's played his last game as a Leaf, thats for sure.

The amount the leafs have paid Belfour to win a woping 22 games this season turned out to cost them $500 000 per win......that seems like a pretty good deal to me.....

It gets really scary when you do this kind of math on some players. I can't recall the numbers but Tkachuk has equally (if not more) staggering figures when someone did a similar exercise for him. Ouch.

The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

so belfour gets plaid 4.56 million. that's 4560000. divided by 22 wins, that's $200000 per win. not as much, though still a lot of money, and i think it's hardly fair to say that he is the main reason the leafs haven't played well, just look at the line up. with aki berg on the ice, i think it's tough for any goal tender to worth his salary

that doesn't include the signing bonus and payments after he's gone. the net-net is 500k per win. good for him! B)

LOL, and Huet's making $5000 less for the whole season.

How much was beating Ottawa worth to Leafs nation? How much was Bulin signed for and hows he doing? No garuantee CuJo was coming back to TO, especially considering most fans hate him with a passion.

It wasn't a good contract, but Belfour had JFJ's balls in a vice from the start.
