I realised that after a week's use, the whole toecap seems to be out of alignment with the entire skate. the tendon guard is also out of alignment. Will CCM replace these skates for me?

I heard of the same thing happening, in multiple cases. Contact them and if you have your reciept and the info warranty slip they should replace them for you.

Yeh i think they will fix or repair anything as long as its not just coosmetic eg. discolouration + scratches

Bought them at an LHS which is an hour away from my house. Would I have to go back there or can I send them directly to CCM?

Take them back to the dealer, if there is a problem and they are under warranty, they'll take care of you. Curious, you say everything seems to be is out of alignment, how did you come to this conclusion?
