JR Boucicaut 3810 Report post Posted April 23, 2006 Their stuff isn't Andover. Sportstape makes one...it's thinner and not as elasticky as Andover's.
RadioGaGa 162 Report post Posted April 23, 2006 It has a texture to it right? For better grip I assume.
ChrisGP 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2006 I do believe it's called Powerflex, I've started using it recently and really like how it feels. I got a few rolls from an equestrian store on eBay, you can get it in loads of colours too!F&H Fabrications on eBay UKEDIT: Sorry, only just realised that they only ship to the UK. Search for Vetrap, it's pretty much the same stuff but not as elasticated.
JR Boucicaut 3810 Report post Posted April 23, 2006 Like I stated before, the Andover Powerflex tape is thicker and has elastic ribs. Sportstape's is just a self-adhesive thin gauze material.

JR is right. I got some from the Visitors locker Room at Joe Louis Arena. The problem is is that it tears the shit out of your gloves.

Superman847 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2006 throw a layer of white tape over it, you still get the soft grip but won't rip the gloves.
