What is CCM's top line helmet

What is the top model of CCM's helmet line? I've seen 852's for more $$ than the 1052's, but I've also seen the 1052's for more $$. Now I also see that CCM is coming out with an 892 helmet. I now want to upgrade my helmet, and I like CCM's stuff so I want their top but I just do not what to get. Anybody know?

Isn't CCM renaming their helmets this. I thought I read on here that they would have the 892 and 1092. Of course I could be mistaken.

yes, the 1052 is becoming the 1092 so on and so forth. The 52 helmets are becoming 92 helmets in 2006.

I'm not sure if this has been talked over before, but what are the differences between 852 and 1052 helmets? And does 892/1092 models offer something new?

I could be wrong but normally the only differences in the 1052 and the 852(or 952) in any ccm equipment is lighter weight(by using different materials).

The 800 and 1000 series both have the same external shell however while the 800 has traditional style foams the 1000 series model has EPP with confort pads and some sort of orbital lock mechanism, I beleive.
