mission intake

hey im getting a new helmet and im am thinking about getting a mission intake just wanted to know if anybody has one and could tell me about it.

I've had my intake for about a week now and I like it so far. Your best bet is to go to your lhs (if possible) and try it on to see if you like it. There are a few intake threads already. Try searching, you will probably find some good info.

I have been using mine for a couple months now and like it a lot. Very light and comfortable. Just make sure it fits you right. Everyone's head is different.

I like mine...though it makes my head look huge. Other than that its good stuff. I dont know if it helps with cooling at all. I find that it fit alot deeper than my 4000, but maybe it just felt that way to me.

If a large 4500 fits, will a medium Intake work? I have heard they run large. I can squeeze into a medium 4500 but then the cage is short.

I've been pleased with my Intake so far, nice and light, good padding inside, great price, not to mention it's a nice looking bucket, IMO. I like it better then my 8k. As far as keeping your head cooler when your wearing it, I haven't noticed much difference. But then again, when I'm playing, I'm not reallying thinking about my helmet.

Next time I play pick-up or something, I might bring my Intake and another helmet, change helmets every few shifts or so, then I will see if the Intake really keeps my head cooler.
