Removing holders from the boot

Can anyone explain to me how I do this? Or would it just be smarter to take them to somebody at a proshop to do it? I don't really care if I mess any part of the skate up when I do it, cuz they are my old skates that are like 4 sizes too small.

Take it to the shop. You do not have the tools to do it.

Well a hell of a lot easier taking them to the shop. But it can be done at home with an Awl a hammer and a pair of snips.

At about .50 cents each to remove rivets, it's well worth saving the aggrivation and effort and take it to your LHS.
