Yes, but it's not entirely common to have a promo like this for a discontinued model.

What's even funnier is they say the MSRP for the Vector Pro is $650, what a bunch of crock. CCM does not use MSRP's. and I don't think the price ever got near that at any retailer. Still $269 is great price for those skates, I'm closing them out for $275, free sharp/molding but no free stick. Good deal for sure.
