Synergy 1300 vs 1300C

Hi guys look. Looking at buying a pair of new 1300's or barely used 1300C's. I'd rather have a brand new pair but the guy at my lhs told me to stay away from the 1300's. What did they change with the 1300C?

i thought the 1500 was different from the 1300. The 1500's are heat moldable, and don't chew your ankels as bad as previous skates, right?

Yes. They tweeked the boot shape around the top of the boot to fix the ankle problem.

You misunderstood my post. The 1300 is the 1300C. The first comp model from Easton was just called "synergy", the second model was the "synergy 1300C" and now there is the synergy 1500c, 1200c, etc...
