skate sharpening

i recently bought a pair of skates online...

hopefully... this fits well bauer 5090...

i also had it sharpened... 3/8 ROH

is this good or bad?

i know another option that i could get is 1/2...

what are the pros and cons of each?

Basically a 3/8" hollow will feel "sharper" than a 1/2" hollow. Whether this is good or bad is a matter of personal preference. Do a search on skate sharpening or hollow and you'll find many posts discussing this. Also read no icing sports webpage
