last i heard, forsberg is out till mid season from surgery...he had one ankle operated on, taking 4-6 weeks to heal...then once its healed he has the other one done.

and i thought i read that primeaus trying to make another run to come back.

Forsberg doesn't need the second surgery and should be back by Opening Night.

Primeau is still aiming to get back by the start of the season, but is still experiencing some symptoms.

I thought that trading Handzus might be a sign that they think Primeau will be back. Personally, I don't think he plays the full season if he comes back at all.

Unfortunately I believe Primeau is done. He's delaying the inevitable. One more hit and he won't be able to tie his shoes let alone swing a golf club. The Flyers are stocked with centers anyway.
