this may sound like a dumb question but are the current warrior blades innovative blades? the reason I ask is that I currently have a dolomite and it feels more like ceramic whereas my wood synergy 2 feels a lot more softer. It has really messed up my stickhandling and I much prefer my sande "the show" over it even though the shaft is too boxy for my hands.

no it's not the same. the old Inno blades do not have the checkerboards and are RTM instead of pre-preg

Those are the last generation retail RTM blades. I preferred the version before they went to those graphics but the RTMs have much better feel than the new ones.
