Recommended Posts

Actually I'm wondering if certain models are only sold in Canada and not in the states. Just like Easton has sticks for Canada/Europe only. I heard the 4400 is a Canadian model. Is this true? If so what other models are for Canada only?

Vaughn is the distributor in Canada while Montreal is the US dsitributor. I don't have a Canadian product list but I do know there are significant differences in the two lines.

Unless you're getting a high end pant, the US Tacklas aren't worth it. Anything under $100 US and you can usually find better models from other manufacturers.

i had 950 nyr colored tacklas loved them so much they were so comfy and good lookin I bought the 951's (same design) but in blue and white hehee cost was a bit more for the custom but i like the design, and love my tacklas, sold my nyr ones to a friend, he loves them as well.. even got my G/F into Tacklas.. lol i should be a tackla rep.. teehee jk

but let me add.. I have only used one other manufactorer before this (think it was TPS pants) years ago.. stuck with Tacklas ever since.. tried on Mission's but thought they were too big in the back for me.. I liked the look/design of the RBK's but went with the tacklas

I took a look at Tackla's website and they only have 5 models. I think that is the 2006 line but I could be wrong. But I don't think you will find a pair of Tackla's for less than $100. Even the 951 is over $100. What are the difference between the Canadian and American models?

What website? http://www.tacklahockey.com/ is Canadian only. In the US there are 8 senior models (plus three special versions of the 9000) and a senior women's pant ranging from $160 or so to about $69. Give me an idea what models you're looking at and maybe we can compare them. Trying to compare every model is a waste of time.
