CCM Vector 8.0 Blade

Need to pick up a couple new blades and just kinda looking at what's out there.

I've been using Synergy II's but they aren't really lasting very long and a quick search around seems to show most people saying the same thing.

I've had really good luck with CCM blade duribility in the past so I thought I'd take a look at the 8.0. Anyone use this blade and have any thoughts on it?

Around here the V8.0 is a standard shaft, so would imagine to RB is too.

Only the V10.0 that should fit taper (synergy II) shafts.

Think some of the online retailers have listed it wrong.

um no the vector 8.0 is tapered, I've seen alot of people use a Synergy II/V8.0 combo.

The 8.0 IS a tapered shaft/blade Combo, I just checked it out on CCM's website.

Then it must be in Europe the V8.0 is standard, because one of my teammates has the V8.0 shaft. And it's as standard as standard can be.

The Euro model is probably what it is but maybe it was a tapered shaft that he cut to standard?

i don't like it, it felt dead to me.

I liked the v5.0 tho.
