Removing stickers and acquiring custom jerseys…

Recommended Posts

REMOVING STICKERS: I was in the shop today and I actually saw the borders of the individual stickers around the graphics on the Bauer XXX lite stick, and it got me thinking how easy would it be to heat them up and peel them off? And would it affect any grip coating or the stick’s finish? Also, same question for Easton one pieces. And I realize this is totally for cosmetic purposes, but I cant help but dream of a sexy looking stick that isn’t all advertised up, because I know it’s a Bauer, I don’t need everyone else and there mother to know. (and if they knew anything about anything they’d know anyway). And I understand why companies advertise and marketing is a great tool, I just never liked it, if it said “dorph†on it yea maybe but not if it has big x’s and other peoples names on it. Maybe I’m just asking too much…. Moving on!

CUSTOM JERSEYS: Our team uses CCM 10100S Two-Tone Practice Jerseys (for its cost effectiveness) in ‘harvard’ with white shoulders. I was wondering if we can do the inverse/opposite of that (white with Harvard shoulders) preferably with CCM to match everything up perfectly. I’ve talked to a few people, one hasn’t quoted me anything yet and another says ‘not this year’ and it just got me thinking I should of just talked to the guys (and gals) on here in the first place.

NOTE: before any accusations of laziness get thrown around I’ve used the search engine on both of these topics… but you are allowed to attack me for being incompetent and unable to sift through the results correctly.

Thank you all & that is all.

With the sticks. The "XXX" on the vapors comes off fairly easy. They leave a little residue but it rubs off after a bit. The older vector line were also easy to peel off but the new ones seem to have a layer of clear coat over them.
