CCM Tacks sizing

I know "D" width usually comes with "A" size for the heel, hence D/A. What heel normally comes with E width? Is it A also or is it B? If it's B and I wanted an A heel for an E width Tack, would I have to go custom?

BTW, I was thinking of 892's.

Can you suggest a brand/model that might have a standard width (like D/A or E/B) that would be equivalent to E/A Tacks, or is that very unlikely since Tacks are already known to be generally wide with narrow heels?

The Nike V series skates (V12, V10 ect) have a narrow heel and wide forefoot if that's what you're looking for.
