ONE90 Runner Noises

Hi, my ONE90 makes these very light noises when I stand from edge to edge. It seems to be coming from the runner. Does anybody else have this problem or know what would cause this noise? It was like this right out of the box. Nothing seems to be loose.

one90s have a problem with that

usually can be fixed by taking out the runner and putting a strip of tape in the holder and reinstalling the runner.

Apparently it's only a problem with one90s sized 8 and higher.

Actually my one90 are 5.5's. It makes a little snapping noise. Does it need to be fixed?

Just remove and reinsert. No need for tape.

We've had that problem in our shop as well with at least 2 different pair, neither of which were bought at our shop. In one case, DarkStar replaced the holders/runners as per NBH's request. I don't think he knows about the other case yet. Originally, DarkStar removed the blade and reseated it in the holder and that worked out for a while, but the problem came back. It seemed as though the runner was loose in the toe on both cases. And both pair were smaller than 8. The latter case is a 6, but I do not remember what the first case was.

The pair I worked on were size 4, holder size 238. I don't work 7 days a week. It only feels that way so the other problem must have happened on a Friday or Saturday. For all the One90s and Supreme 70s with LS2 Power holder/blades we have seen,sold, or sharpened, these are the only two problems to come up in our shop.
