Mission Pitch 3 Hardware Needed

Does anybody know of a shop that carries replacement Pitch 3 hardware? Epuck generously offered to order it for me, but I'd rather spare them the trouble of specially ordering a couple of bolts, screws and lock washers.

I stripped the threads out of one of the back bolts on my pitch 3 holders. It's holding for now but I'll have to figure something out to either replace it or modify it.

I have searched through out different online stores & googled it. But can't find any for sale. Does anyone have any thoughts for a solution? Thanks...
