Its PP. Most guys like to skate on the holders they grew up playing with. Some just stick with the stock holder. I personally like the custom + the most, but I just left the lightspeeds on my XXX's since I wanted to try different holders.

Do you notice a difference btwn the 2 holders???

Yes, the LS2 has a different pitch and is higher up, it took a couple practices to get used to again after not using the LS holder for 2 years.

Snipee-

You've got quite a few el bees on me and I've used ICM for as long as I can remember. Not the most current technology, but a favourite of mine and a lot of the "bigger" players use them.

Hey Mack where are you getting ICM holders? I have been looking for them. I believe they made some with stainless steel as well and not the carbon steel that lost its edge vey fast.

I would assume they follow the same sizing as Tuuks. So a 263 or 272 holder would be nice. I wear old school Bauers 8 1/4 CA. I believe I have 272 holders on there now. Like I said I think they made some ICM with stainless instead of carbon steel. That would be real nice.

So it puts you on your heels then?  More or less so than Lightspeeds?

More......LS and LSII and LSP are all neutral about 16 or 17/32"s front and rear out of the box.

what is the easiest way to get a negative pitch out of a ls2 holders?

With a radius or heel lift

I think he wants a MORE negative pitch, and not to "get out of" the negative pitch.

How much of a heel lift is recommended on Lightspeeds to get a comfortable forward pitch (without going overboard)? 2, 3 mm? And then what about doing the same with Customs?
