How long will Fluery be playing. 10 games in a row is quite a bit. I know it's not a lot but a while. When do you think he'll get his break?

My guess is when they play back to back nights, or coach feels like they need to shake it up a bit, but if the young penguins are doing well i'd say keep playing him.

I say let the kid play... players play every night, if he wants to go, then so be it...

The kid's good and needs some playing time to fully develop. He's playing well and the Penguins are doing well too. So I wouldn't worry unless he was showing signs that he's getting tired.. otherwise, leave him in and give him breaks on back to back games

meathead you are an idiot. with fluery playing alot more, thibault has had time to heal and i honestly think hes just about 100% again. i look for him to play about 20 games and put up at least 12 wins.

Its not his body thats the huge problem for a young guy. I bet its probably pretty emotionally draining to be a goalie in the NHL...on top of that, a number 1 overall pick...They give old goalies like Hasek breaks...because his body cant fathom playing more than 60 games a season. A guy like MAF Im sure wants to play a ton of games..but eventually something is going to give...look what just happened to Lehtonen this season already...started our great then gradually worked himself down from there. Goalies need breaks.

Part of it is to this point the Pens have had a very spaced out schedule. I believe they've only had one set of back to back games this season. The real story will be when the schedule catches up with them and they're playing alot more.

He's young and probably still arrogant. Mentally and physically I think he's good for 70+ games.
