Backpack Bag

Recommended Posts

I want to get a backpack bag and it looks like the RBK and Mission bags are the two it's coming down to. Does anyone have any of these bags and have anything good or bad to say about them? I tried a search but came up with nothing. Also if anyone has any other backpack bag they would recommend that would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know where you live, but I was in a Canadian Tire this weekend and they had Easton Synergy & Team Canada BP's that looked like they had tones of room...

The Easton was $69 (or 79)...not sure about the Team Canada.

I live in Texas so that's not going to be an option for me. Anyway the easton bags i've seen haven't done a good job of holding up over time. Thanks though.

One of the guys who used to skate on my team had a Mission bag. He loved and is still using it last time I heard. If you have big skates, you may have an issue, it seems like the skate pockets are a little on the small side. I haven't seen an RBK in use, it may or may not have the same problem.

I have had both the Easton and Mission backpack bags! The Easton was a larger bag but not as well made, the zippers broke off after a year or so. The Mission I have it much better quality, but it is a smaller bag. I use it for inline so no shoulder pad or shorts and it only just fits all of my gear! Hope this helps you?

Got the Nike one from Hockey Giant when they had the "free when $174.99 was spent" promo. Haven't used my old traditional-style bag since. I would probably have problems fitting all my heavier "tank" gear in the backpack, but works well for my light gear.
