Light Speed 2 Power Holders Problem ?

I have a customer with a 'loose' runner in the new lightspeed 2 power holder.

I have checked the nut/bolt at the back and is nipped up pretty well, but the blade can move back and forward around 1mm in the holder.

Any idea what is wrong or how to fix it?

Ive done a search, but is very vague in the results.

Actually it was JR I believe had that fix. I just take them out and put them back cleaning out the track. Also you can put the blade on the holder backwards making sure the middle is flat by running it on the cross grind.

Nah, wasn't me. I believe NBH is telling people to put a bit of tape on the shark fin.
