Metro, What a fabulous collection of resources... thank you so much for posting this!

You're spot on with the vid of Dr. Gaston Schaeffer talking about skating - this is exactly one of the issues D is confused about and his explanation using his hands should make it much clearer for her. The drills he uses further down the page are also cool; it is something she can do at stick & puck on her own as skating those darn circles can get boring on your own.
