Well. there isn't much new stuff for next year. I was hoping for new skates from RBK/CCM and maybe mission since the fuels are pretty bad. I'm not interested in Bauer skates so well, nothing much for me in 2007 :( (why are the tacks gone? :()

I think the reason the tacks are gone is because it doesn't make sense for The Hockey Company to make two skates that are almost identical(tacks and rbk)

Mission's got the Fuel 120 Skates coming out, the boys in the bigs have been wearing 'em all season. they have new sticks/shafts coming as well. Easton's got the stealth skates coming out, plus the SE stick (and a Synergy 200 price point OPS). That's about all I know about, but yeah, this is my first xmas at MSH so it's all new to me lol.

They aren't sexy enough. Kids don't buy tradition. If the Tacks line going away doesn't prove how little tradition matters, come back in a couple years when everything is RBK.

Also my first MSH Christmas, can't wait for all the new gear catalogues to be posted (like Mission), even though I won't be getting 95% of it. Lots of new stuff to come, like new Mission Fuel gear, Hefter helmet, V-HEX from Mission, Synergy SE Elite, Stealth Skates, the Response Lite, etc.

Hopefully all the new gear doesn't disappoint.

NBH has a whole new line of protective as well as 40 skates...Easton has the SE as well as Stealth skates, new CCM Helmet...thats some pretty notable equipment.
