i have a buddy on my team who loves the apollo, but broke his last one last week. he saw this and thought it might be what hes looking for... but i kinda doubt it for the $40 tag. is it an SMU for hockey giant?

I used to have original Nike Apollo shaft with a pro stock blade. I loved it! But I don't think that shaft would have same feel as the original one.

yeah after looking at the specs on HG, then on BNHs web site... that looks to be a pretty darn good bet.

they closed out all their apollo's a few months back didn't they? either way, i'd be pretty suspicous of these ones...

Friend of mine broke his Apollo last season and had to get a Dolomite to console himself. ;)
