I want Kosydar and Eazy to know I was thinking of them as we were getting taken to China town tonight.

Meathead- Lundqvist may have not played well, but the team in front of him played so bad it was disgusting. Every single player.

Yeah, they were pretty pathetic. They're exhausted though from injuries and the flu bug. It's unfortunate but it happens to most teams at least once in a season. Hopefully, it's an anomoly and they can get back on track once the team gets a little healthier again. And I think the only reason Lundqvist stayed in the game was because they're going to need Weekes to be strong tomorrow. Why subject him to a team that's not skating at all and destroy his confidence as well?

We were due for a loss. The games just got worse and worse played over the winning streak. Henry won the game in Dallas for us. We had no business winning that game. 2 bad goals by the Dallas goalie helped. I smelled a loss coming. I just hope the losing ends, because we have the Devils tomorrow and I paid $163.00 for a seat!

Even though the Leafs won, it sounds like it was such a crappy game that I am happy that, when given the choice between games, I chose tickets to see the Caps on the 23rd.

As much as I'd love to talk all about how amazing Toronto was, that really wasn't the case. The Rangers were simply dead all night and played horrible. I'm was very glad to see Welly get his first career hat trick (and 5 points), as well as Poni and Sundin getting five and three points respectively. That line really needed to step it up and solidify themselves as an offensive force, and they did. My only disappointment was Steen not getting in on the scoring. I was hoping he'd use the momentum from the Carolina game to break out of this slump.

I had to leave and the tape I set for the third period didn't work, but the second period was terrible. I thought Toronto played well in the first, but two of the three goals in the second (Poni and Tucker's) were horrible. Its much more satisfying as a fan to see the Leafs win their third straight after that 8 game skid than to see them win 9-2 if that makes any sense.

Some bad breaks took NYR out of it early. Looked like they might get back into since mini-McCabe ran into Raycroft and gave the blueshirts a goal back, but that never really came to be. NYR just looked sluggish out their and Jagr was clearly floating.

The whole team was floating...He did manage 2 pts, So he wasn't non existant like the others.

Shanny was 'floating' as well. As well as the 20 other players. To be honest, I have watched every game for the past few years and that was the worst effort during the new regime (Starting last season).

Damn Jagr haters. For a guy who floats all the time, surprising he is second in the league in scoring. This is one area where Pierre Mcguire is 100% right on in (Jagr)

OK Theo, you are SO going to pitch rocks at me for this one...LOL My decision on which Leafs game to go see was primarily based on which player did I think would be better for Miss D to watch - and I decided against Jagr because MissD floats herself and I didn't want to encourage it...LOL I am going to duck now.

no, the person who mentioned the resemblence to the Philly - Buffalo game.

The Rangers were flat, but they had some players showing interest and a few who were trying to take liberties, like Orr and Kaspar. Philly had none of that.

Not sure to be honest. I missed the third, Maurice said it after the game and I've heard it from a few fans.

I'll try and find out about Tucker, but I haven't heard much on it
