Allsmokenopancake 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2006 If you want to listen to this guy all the time:http://vid.inlinewarehouse.com/victor.movI'm more interested in getting the workouts set up and structured, the voice won't bother me, but if the workouts are good, then I will get it
arrows91 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2006 I used it and it gives you options to customise your work out (what you want to work on etc - Conditioning, muscle etc. I havent looked at it in quite a while. It is gd most of the excercises use resistant cords tho. It depends if you have the time to carry out all the excercises, I brought it to gain muscle and more explosive stuff. but i get bored very quickly of weights etc.
usahockey22 0 Report post Posted December 20, 2006 Just use this program:http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/5x5_.../Linear_5x5.htmIt's very good for adding strength and muscle, and there's even an excel spreadsheet at the bottom that will plan out all the weights and reps to use...combine it with plyometrics/and or olympic lifts, as well as cardio conditioning, and you will be set. Chadd 916 Report post Posted December 22, 2006 Our rep gave us a couple of the discs. I loaded one up and set up the workout and if I actually followed it, I'm sure it would help. I left the discs at the shop when I left so I don't have access to them anymore.
